How do your sizes work?+
Sizes are listed by age on every product. Depending on the style, they run from 0 to 6 months up to 14 years. If you are unsure which age to choose, email us at staydesi01@gmail.com before ordering.
What fabrics do you use?+
Our collections feature ethically sourced, high-quality cotton fabrics that are gentle on children's skin. A few festive suits are made in velvet; the fabric is noted on each product.
How long does processing and shipping take?+
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Shipping may take 3 to 10 business days depending on the destination. Orders placed on holidays begin processing the next business day.
Where do you ship?+
We currently ship within Ontario, Quebec and Alberta.
How much is shipping?+
Orders under $35 have a $5.99 CAD shipping fee, orders between $35 and $50 have a $10.99 CAD shipping fee, and shipping is free on all orders over $50.
What is your return policy?+
You have up to 15 days from the purchase date to make a return. Items must be unused with original packaging, labels and tags intact. After a quality check we refund the original payment method. Read the full policy.
Can I cancel my order?+
All products can be cancelled until the order is shipped. Email staydesi01@gmail.com with your order number and the product(s) you wish to cancel.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Interac, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
