Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Note processing time is different from shipping time.

Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. Shipping may take from 3 business days to 10 business days depending on the destination location.

We ship within Ontario, Quebec and Alberta.

We do not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary with courier processing, distance from our location, weather and more. Stay Desi kids ethnic wear is not responsible for shipping delays. Questions? Email staydesi01@gmail.com.

Return policy

We hope you love what you have ordered! We have made the return process super easy just in case you are not 100% satisfied.

You have a maximum of 15 days from the purchase date to make a return. Returns after 15 days from the purchased date, or which do not comply with the terms herein, will not be accepted.

All returnable products should have their original packing, labels and tags intact. They should be unused and in a sealable condition.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive the return, the product will be checked for quality. After it passes the quality check, we will issue a refund to the original mode of payment.

How can I cancel my order?

All products can be cancelled until the order is shipped. Please email us at staydesi01@gmail.com and include the order number and the product(s) you wish to cancel.
